El horario de las Fiestas De La Calle San Sebastián fue extendido. El Comité Organizador, el Municipio y los vecinos acordaron que las fiestas corran hasta las 12 a.m., el jueves y domingo; hasta la 1 a.m., el viernes; y hasta las 2 a.m. el sábado. La venta de bebidas alcohólicas estará permitida hasta una hora después del cierre, excepto el domingo, cuando todas las actividades deberán acabar a las 12 a.m.
En cuanto a la transportación pública, se informó que las guaguas de la Autoridad Metropolitana de Autobuses (AMA) operarán hasta la 1 a.m., el jueves; 2 a.m. el viernes; 3 a.m., el sábado; y 12 a.m., el domingo.
En la oferta cultural, el Municipio tendrá actividades en cuatro plazas: Plaza Colón, que fue bautizada como la Plaza de las Alianzas; Plaza de Armas, denominada Plaza de la Bohemia; Plaza la Barandilla, llamada Plaza de los Niños y Jóvenes; y la cancha de La Perla, que será la Plaza Urbana.
Más de 600 artesanos y artistas plásticos ofrecerán y presentarán sus productos a lo largo de la Ciudad Amurallada.
En cuanto a la seguridad, se informó que unos 600 agentes de la Policía Municipal junto a otros 300 de la Policía estatal estarán a cargo de velar por que la festividad se celebre en ley y orden.
Para ofrecer detalles de dónde estarán ubicadas todas las actividades, el periódico Índice tendrá 100 impulsadores repartiendo mapas de la nueva oferta cultural durante las fiestas.
